Tom ALWAYS does a fantastic job! My nails do not peel up on the back or sides and I have made one set last 4 weeks before at the start of COVID. I'm always amazed at how well the nails last, including rhinestones, especially because I ride horses.
One of my nails popped off this morning. I looked and there is dark fungus in it. I decided to pop off the others and I have fungus on three of my nails. Obviously they are not caring for their tools properly, if they are at all. Needless to say I'm going to be in my doctor's office today.

My technician Vivian is the best! She’s always so polite and very clean. She takes her time always and make sure everything is beyond satisfactory! The spa is such a beautiful place. They even have a large private room for bridal parties and special events. This spa is 5 star!

Terrible customer service. Made half of my nails coffin shaped and the other hand square. Rushed job. Didn't even finish my nails before escorting me out. He literally started working on someone else without returning to finish mine. The other tech just rushed for me to pay so she can start a pedicure. They forgot to do my eyebrows and by that time I was already over it.
